What is Coaching?

Coaching is a way of effectively empowering people like you to find your own answers, of encouraging and supporting you on your path as you start and continue to make important and inspirational choices in your life.

The life & performance coaching that I'm offering is an ongoing professional relationship that helps you to produce extraordinary results in your personal lives, relationships, careers, businesses or organisations. Through the powerful process of coaching, you deepen your understanding, improve your performance and enhance your quality of life. 

As a co-active coach I believe that every person is naturally creative, resourceful and whole.

How does it work?

The first step of our coaching relationship is a 2-hour discovery session. The purpose is to really get to know you and your values; what you want to achieve and designing how we best work together. This session really sets the foundation of the coaching relationship. Over the following period of 3 months we would set up regular 45-min sessions every fortnight to work towards your goals and explore what comes up along the way. These regular sessions work equally effectively over the phone or in person.
