About Carola Schwalm

Carola Schwalm, CPCC, MA, is a co-active Life & Performance Coach, fully trained and certifiied with the > Coaches Training Institute (CTI), one of the largest in-person coach training organisations in the world. She is based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, UK.

Carola specialises in supporting motivated individuals to take charge of their lives and to realise their relationship and career dreams. Her clients live in the UK, the US and Europe.

Stemming from her background in Psychology and Sociology, Carola has always been intrigued and curious about people and what makes them tick. She believes that everyone has an exciting vision of what they could be, do or have in their lives. Tapping into that vision awakens the intrinsic resources within themselves to make those visions come true. It is Carola's ambition to empower individuals and groups through coaching to realise their relationship and career dreams - to unlock their lives' full potential.

Carola has also been working as a volunteer youth educator for the charity > Envision “Young people making a difference”.

Prior to coaching, Carola was successful in the technology and telecommunication industries for over ten years.
